Problems with Login

Answer:

Use your e-mailadress as your login. If you have lost your password, it can be reset by following the instructions "Forgot Password" right next to the login. If you have forgotten the e-mail registered with us, please contact the DBC secretary.


Question:

Our company membership gives us four persons as DBC members, how many can we bring to the events?

Answer:

That depends on the event. If the are limitations to the number of people we can accomodate   at an event, each company member can bring a max. of four. Such limitations are always written in the invitation. In all cases where you bring more than four person, the DBC reserves a right to charge a differentiated price for the extra attendees.


Question:

I am a member and havn't heard from the DBC in ages! Have you forgotten me?

Answer:

No, start by checking if you firewall or spamfilter is blocking mail sent by DbcMoscow@camp9.org. And make sure that your contact information is updated.
